We ship all orders from the United States using DHL for both domestic and international deliveries. Below are the details regarding shipping times, customs, and our fulfillment process:
Order Fulfillment Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped. During high-demand periods, processing times may take longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Limited-edition items are always on preorder, so it can take up to 2-3 weeks before they start shipping. This will also affect any additional items you add to your order.

MPC Membership Gift Packs
MPC Membership gift packs are complimentary and should not incur customs fees. However, some countries may still impose a fee. If this happens, please contact us to request a commercial invoice to assist with the customs process.
Merchandise Shop Purchases
Items purchased from our merchandise shop may be subject to customs duties, fees, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Merchandise Shop Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international merchandise orders.
Gift Packs
Gift packs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
