SHIPPING

Please allow 7-10 days for domestic (U.S.) shipping and 4-8 weeks for international shipping. Please contact us if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email in that time.

Limited-edition items are always on preorder, so it can take up to 2-3 weeks before they start shipping.

CUSTOMS FEES

Products shipped to locations outside of the US may be charged a fee when received by customs.
MPC membership gift packs are marked as a free gift and, therefore, should not be charged a fee. However, some countries may still levy a fee, even on a free gift that is marked as having very little value. If your gift pack is charged a customs fee, we recommend filing a claim.
Any item purchased in our merchandise shop is eligible for customs fees.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer exchanges or returns for up to 30 days (unless otherwise stated on the product page). If you'd like to return any merchandise from our store, we will refund you the full amount paid minus any taxes and shipping charges as soon as we receive the item.

For exchanges, we will send you the replacement items as soon as we receive the original item. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide returns or exchanges on limited-edition items.

Gala tickets: Kindly be advised that tickets for the Gala event are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
